Suggest Treatment For Pressure Around Anus

Hi dr, I m a 42 years female.Beginning of this year I was diagnosed with chronic gastritis. .I am taking control log 40mg for 3 month then I stopped eventually.Do get bloated n passing loose motion on and off.But just this week I have a soreness n pressure spot on my left tummy near the belly button. It gradually move around mostly on my left side of tummy below my left rib cage, soreness radiates to my back bone tail and also bring constant pressure on my anal that I feel I need to go to the washroom with a urge of having bowel movement.I do passing medium soft stool each time but like it breaks down to 3 times a day not like where I used to pass once in the morning. The constant pressure on my anus n my butt till my pelvic has caused me feel restless.I wonder what happen, I do feel my upper GI has warmness and I hv started to put control log back on for 3 days now and as a result my left sore tummy has reduced but only left the pressure on my bowel still unsolved.

Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your detailed history you might be having fissure or fistula in anus and acid peptic disease.
I would like further information to help you better like
relevant medical history
have you taken any medicines or adulterated good
Since how long you have this problem?
have you seen bleeding with stool?

In my opinion you should consult your doctor for per rectal examination and a battery of investigations like blood for hemoglobin, CBC liver function test, and stool test

You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
Have plenty of dietary fibers fresh fruits and vegetables
Have lots of fluids like fruit juices and ORS solutions
Avoid smoking and alcohol
sitz bath will definitely help you
Avoid constipation by taking stool softening agent like liquid paraffin
I would advise you to take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or rabeprazole with antacids
Have lemon water, yoghurt or curd as much you can take

Hope this answers your question
let me know if you have nay doubts, I will gladly answer you
Best wishes
