Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Pus Cells And Urates In Urine Test

i have my urine test all others are nil urobilinogen 0.5 ml. reaction 6.0, specific gravity is 1.020 and microscpic test is pus cells 2-4, epithilial cells2-3, amophates urates 1+. please let me know what should I do in this case, while my urine colour is dark yellow?

It would have been useful if you had mentioned if you have any problems with urination.
The possible conditions to be ruled out is stones in kidney or bladder, urinary tract infection etc.
As a minimum, i would suggest ultrasound of urinary tract and urine for culture and blood test called creatinine. If you have got any problems with urination then further tests may be warranted.
