Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Albumin Traces And Pus Cells In Urine

hello, i m sue ,26 year old female .i had urine and blood test, found albumin- trace, puscells: 8-10 puscells /HPF, 1-2 RBC's/HPF,epithelial cels -occasional, bacteria- present ,blood widal: salmonella Typhi "o"- positive 1:80 dilution, salmonella Typhi"H"- positive 1:80 dilution.Please tel me the actual problem occured . thanks

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Pus cells indicate urinary tract infection. Bacteria is also present. You need to get treated for urinary tract infection
2. Widal dilution is less than 1:160 indicating negative. Followup after one week, if rising indicates typhoid. At present widal test is negative.
3. Actual problem at present is urinary tract infection.
