hi.. thanks for writing.. you have been given the right medication but it happens some time that after stopping the drug, the same complaints reemerge..it is psychological also, when you are getting support from the drug you feel relaxed but once you stop it you will have anxiety.. there are behavioral techniques also which help in delaying your ejaculation..these techniques are: squeeze technique, stop-start method and other interruption methods. you can read then from the net and practice on your own..it will benefit you gradually not from the first day but effects are long lasting, they are easy to practice while sex and your partner can help you in it.. there are drugs which you need to take on daily basis like SSRI antidepressant medications, but you shud consult a sexologist or psychiatrist for better counselling and therapy. they will guide you properly through treatment..try behavioral techniques first.. visit a sexologist or psychiatrist.do not take OTC drugs.. i think this would be helpful to you..best of luck..
