Iam a 41 yrs old male and suffering from early ejaculation like with in 20 to 30 secs. I learnd thru net that this should be 5 to 15 minutes. I have nerves weekness like hands shivering from my childhood which is hereditory from my father's side. Is it the reason for this and any tablets/medicine to cure this and improve atleast to 5 to 10 minutes. kindly revert with suitable medicine.

I do not think your problem is inherited nor is it likely to be due to the nervous tremors you have mentioned. there is a drug called Dapoxetine which can be started at 30 mg to be taken 60-120 minutes before you plan to have intercourse. this is usually safe, and may help with your problem. You will have to get it on a prescription, so you should consult a urologist for obtaining the same.
