Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

sir till attached santimentally to my brothers families and masterbating when needed and further indulging in addiction such as fortwin norphin and other medicines (drug abbuse) during last 15-18 years and also unsuccessful marriage at the age of 25years lead me to this problem. i can bear other deceises but this cannot be bear by me,i started masterbation at the early age of 12.at marriage split in 26thyear started taking alcohal more resultig epilepsy in 1989. the medicines till date is mazetol200mg thrice ,prothiadene 25mg thrice and other related drugs. in2001 to 2009 addiction of fortwin norphin corex etc. took place , now i am not under influence of any addiction. sir during these year i sometime try to intercourrse with many girls or women but due to early ejaculation it is not possible.sir please adwise me what i to do?

Well come to HCM
You must be having sever psychological condition and in my opinion it is very important to see the psychiatrist and this is would be the best way you have because multiple factors might be playing role behind this, and that is all related with functional conditions, it is most advisable to consult the psychiatrist at earliest, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
