Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Hello sir , i am unmarried I habit masturbation from last 10 year and now i feel problem like premature ejaculation and my penis nerves very loose when morning time i am going to toilet for fresh then sperm leakage through urine so please help me and give the treatment

The problem you are facing is called Retrograde ejaculation. Normally semen is ejaculated via the urethra due to contraction of the sphincter of the bladder before ejaculation. When the bladder sphincter does not function properly, retrograde ejaculation may occur due to passage of semen in bladder & then in urine.
This problem can arise due to excessive production of semen & less frequency of masturbation/sex causing semen to pass in bladder during night. With increase in masturbation or sex frequency this problem will stop on its own.
Retrograde ejaculation can arise to some problem in nervous system causing inability of bladder sphincter to contract & also due to effect of some drugs such as anti-depressants. this problem can also arise due to blockage in genital tract.
