Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation

there is a continuous flow of sperm from my body( automatically) whenever I try to see any romantic movie or in stress or even in washroom under pressure. the problem resists for 7 years. my age is 25. please suggest how to control because it is affecting my health very much.

need to screen and consider for associated anxiety condition. A psychiatric consultation is advisable. A course of low dose SSRI group of drugs can be considered. However, prior a detailed work up of the condition and associated symptoms is warranted.
