Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Hi doctor, my age is 24 I m facing the problem of premature ejaculation, when am starting have a climax sex after the foreplay, within the secs of 5 to 10 the sperm comes out, I am suffering too much of having this problem, when my wife trying to touch my cock, or trying to do a oral sex, am hesitate to allow because suddenly sperm comes out without wait. Please doctor i need the good solution for this problem. I am unhappy of having sex now due to this problem

In most cases severe anxiety associated with sexual intercourse is found to be the main reason for early ejaculation. Treatment of anxiety and reassurance result in improvement of ejaculation time.
Some medicines especially SSRIs are found to be very useful in premature ejaculation. These medicines help to delay ejaculation time and help in good intercourse. Fluoxetine, Sertraline etc are commonly used. I'd advise you to consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.
