Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation
Hi.. I m Mani from Salem. I m married for 3 months. Initially my semen was coming out easily within 10-15 min. intercourse. But from beginning of last month i m facing problem in ejaculation. I never ejaculated for last three tries (3 different days). The duration went 35 to 45 mins.. but the semen not coming out and i never felt the orgasm feeling.. What can cause this problem? after 30 mins if i take out the penis it will shrink to the normal state as it is ejaculated though it is actually not happened. Please advise.

Based on what you have posted you have problem in anejaculation and not premature ejaculation .
In most of the cases it is due to psychological inhibition and anxiety.
