Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Normal ejaculation time is more than 3 min. It usually increase with experience and reduction in performance anxiety. For treatment behaviour intervention like stop-start technique is helpful. In drug treatment SSRIs medicines are helpful, which you can get after prescription from nearby psychiatrist.

You may also need culture-sensitivity of urine/semen to rule out any infection for pain complaint.

Take care,
