hi doc I am 30/ f I have a problem whrn I masturbate it finishes in few seconds n moreover now I have observed that after same if I piss I get blood spots at nyt a d later it vains I have a problem of pcod n thyroid too plz suggest what to do and now finding difficulties in passing stool too

Hello you young lady
I can understand your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to PID or STD
Blood in urine could be related to STD/ UTI kidney stone or urethral injury
in my opinion your should consult your gynaecologist or GP doctor for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver and thyroid function test , urine for culture and sensitivity test

you may require a course of antibiotics depending upon the clinical findings and lab reports
have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
multivitamins supplements
