My husband has been sufferings with premature ejacualation for a few years now to the point where he has not realised he has ejaculated. He is now experiencing clear liquid leaking from his testicles. No discomfort though. Should we be worried by these symptoms. What does it mean?

it is a phychological problem. nofluid is secreated from testis.get the liquid leaking examined. what is his age. other relevant history of dibetes or hypertention. what is marritalstatus. how many issues you have got. it may be anxiety tention. give detail history and past history.
