Suggest Treatment For Postherpetic Neuralgia Caused By Shingles

I have postherpetic neuralgia caused by shingles affecting the right side of my head and eye. I ve had this condition for 3 years. Have been to various eye doctors, neurologists. and family doctors in both Ft Worth TX and Tacoma, WA. No relief. Any suggestions??

i am not able to find in your Q what drugs had tried till now. anyway post herpetic neuralgia most difficult to treat. anyway u can try carbamazepine if not given till now.
