Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Treatment of posterior pituitary tumor depend on size and symptoms.
Drug therapy, trans sphenoidal surgery or radiotherapy are the available options. Hypertension, seizure, restlessness, coma may occur in ADH secreting tumor. So drugs like lasix and demeclocyclin are also useful. These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
