SINUS ,DRIPS DOWN INTO THROAT AND CAUSING DEEP HARD COUGH TAKING BREATH AWAY AND DIZZY AND READY TO PASS OUT FROM LACK OF H2O, WHAT IS BEST OTC FOR THIS KEEPS ME UP , NO SLEEP , NO REST FURGE OF COLLSAPY -BLACK OUT FEEL IT IS GOING TO GIVE ME A HEART ATTACK ,CHEST HURTS EVERYTIME I cough, and red like a sunburn everytime., this going on for 16 days now

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sinus drip can be very irritating in some persons.

It normally occurs in response to an acute infection or allergies. If it is related to allergies then , if you can determine the allergen, it may be helpful.

In addition the use of: (1) oral anti histamine with decongestants would help eg allegra d, zyrtec d, claritine d, benadryl with decongestant

(2)topical steroid nasal sprays such as flonase, avamys, nasocort, nasonex , may also help to relieve your symptoms
