Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain first of all I would like to tell you that post inflammatory hyperpigmentation can take a longer time of even 6 months to one year to lighten and you will have to be persistent in treating it.
You should wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash as it help in easy peeling of dead skin and formation of new cells is initiated..
You should apply a Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams on face..
You can also apply azelic acid creams..
Exfoliate your face twice a week with gentle scrub..
Take Vitamin C supplements as well as application of Vitamin C serum.
Apply Vitamin E gel at night time..
Avoid sun exposure and if exposed always apply SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion..

In case even if in one month you do not see improvement you can go for in-office treatments like Photofacial, microdermabrasion and glycolc acid peeling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
