Suggest Treatment For Post Colostomy Procedure In A Baby

Doctor, my baby has a colostomy, i m worried because his intestine opening is very close to the skin, that if contracts his intestine flows out and gets longer. as this happens the hole is of his intestine is not visible. but i can see poop flowing out, so i m not sure if it does flow everything out. is there a case that the poop might get discharged inside the stomach?
