Suggest Treatment For Portal Hypertension And Esophageal Varices

I have crocked vessels leading out of my liver this is causing portal hypertension and esophageal varices. They bx my liver and it is healthy. Is there any other procedure besides the TIPS that can correct my condition? I currently have a blood clot in my liver. I am young in my 30 s and am not a drinker and never have been. I would have a beer now and again but not an alcoholic. As I said healthy liver issue is vessel leading out.

As far as portal hypertension is concerned, you can use propanolol 40 mg daily at night or carvedalol 6.25mg at night. it will help in lowering the portal pressure.
