Understanding your concern. As per your query you have polyps on the ovaries . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like infection , long-term inflammation, an abnormal response to an increase in estrogen levels or congestion of blood vessels in the cervical canal . Usually polyps do not need to be removed unless they bleed, are very large, or have an unusual appearance . if the polyp is a little larger and cause problem like bleeding your gynecologist may recommend will remove under general anesthesia after ultrasound and sometimes with the aid of a telescope through the cervix called hysteroscopy. There are natural treatment options that can help like relaxation exercises , detoxification and nutritional supplements .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
