Suggest Treatment For Polyps On The Maxillary Sinus

my son always coughs at night and his trout always makes noise. he has running nose most times but when he tries to blow it nothing much comes out. I am worried cos he always opens his mouth . which makes me think may be he cant breath well. i also did A CT Scan for him recently and a manxillary polps was seen . Please can you assist me with any correlation or possible solution to all his issues. Thank you : Aisha

hi..treatment depend on number and size of polyp.
1.steroid nasal spray will reduce size of polyp.
2.steroid tablets if spray is not help ful
3.you can take medicines like antihistaminics ..
4.surgery is the last option if person not responding to medicines or size is too large..
