Suggest Treatment For Polyps On Gallbladder

I have just had an u/s scan of my gallbladder as I am suffering from nausea and discomfort in my back and tummy after eating certain foods.I knew I had two polyps after a scan 5 years ago and now I have four-three under 3mm and the largest 5.4 mms.what would be the best course of action for me to take?

You have only 2 options :
* Conservative management -- temporary relief in which you have to
= avoid oily spicy nonveg stuffs.
= can take proton pump inhibitors for symptomatic relieves.
= taking meals and suppers with 25% stomach remaining empty
= avoid tobacco / alochol / any other abuse substances if using.
= ultimate surgery if still discomfort persists even above all done.
* Surgical management -- permanent solution -- best one.
= Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
