Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand from your query that you are having polymorphic light eruption.

The mainstay of treatment for this is avoidance of sunlight.

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen every 4 hours irrespective of whether it is raining/ cloudy/ winter months.

Cover yourself with full sleeved clothing and wear a broad rimmed hat. Carry an umbrella. These measures will help you prevent new eruptions.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
