Suggest Treatment For Polycythemia Vera

Hi im 42yrs old i have Polycythemia Vera and i just recently noticed a lump under my right arm pit i have nausea im tired and weak. Loss of appetitesince i get sick to my stomach. I am going to do paper work with a new dr tomorrow but i may not getan appointment for a week should i go to the Er
