Hello

Pelvic ultrasound findings are normal.
Your PCOD condition may have been cured as you had this condition 10 years back.
Since you don't have normal period flow, this need clinical correlation. You may need hormone profile assessment.
Pelvis ultrasound may be normal in many conditions.
I don't think your problem will affect your fertility.

Get well soon.
Take Care
