which are the food that helpful for conceving and my doctor adviced me to take ovacare myo A+B ,tab. piosafe mf my scanning report shows features of poly cystic overy in both side by in evey month i got my periods... but i heard that pcos patient have irreguler periods thank you sir/ madam

Polycystic ovaries are a common finding in ultrasound, however polycystic ovarian disease is said to occur when there are symptoms like irregular menstrual cycle, hirsutism, excessive weight gain along with the polycystic ovaries in the ultrasound.
You don't have polycystic ovarian disease.
drugs given to you are completely safe.
