Suggest Treatment For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Hi I am a 32 year old woman who suffers from Polycystic ovaries and I have had the mirena coil for 3 years. My partner had a vasectomy 15 years ago but recently I have experienced sore breasts and some abdominal pain. Is there any chance I could be pregnant or is it my imagination? I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet. Please can you advise me.

HI,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.

According to details there are very less chances of pregnancy after vasectomy and these are not specific symptoms of pregnancy.
You are also on contraceptive device so pregnancy is unlikely.
But for your satisfaction you can go for urine pregnancy test if you are overdue with your periods.
You can take simple painkillers for sore breasts.
Take healthy and balanced diet.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you good health.
Regards
