Suggest Treatment For Poly Myalgia Rheumatica

hi I have been diagnosed with poly myalgia rheumatic and I had a severe reaction to the only medication for it prednisolone! so my question is: anything that you can recommend to help with the pain ? my gp has given me tramadol for the morning and Panadol for the rest of the day when required, it helps a little but there must be a better solution ? I am open to any help you may have

may be you can try another type of steroid oral or injectable.
also you may be treated with biologics, if your probem is severe enough like tocilizumab.
