Suggest Treatment For Pityriasis Rosea

I have this pityriasis rosea for about 4 months now.. It s not as worse as the first weeks but still from time to time i experience this severe itching by night then go away by morning.. Many of the spots are gone but one to three spots appear every now and then. What is happening?? Pls answer. :(

Pityriasis roses is a self limiting disorder. For itching calamine lotion is to be applied thrice daily all over affected area and tab levicetrizine 5mg once daily. If lesions are recalcitrant then you can use tab acyclovir 800mg five times a day for 7days.
