HI
Well come to HCM
Your query being appreciated, it seems to be acid peptic disease, if the stone is suspected then it has to be confirmed with ultrasonography test or x-ray else it can not be confirmed, IBS is functional kind of disease some functional elements plays the role like anxiety and depression.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day, Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day.
hope this information helps.
