Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Since you seem to have moderately severe acne(inflammatory), therefore as a treating doctor I would have started you on oral antibiotics e.g either doxycycline or azithromycin for 4-12 weeks depending on the severity and response to treatment.

Topical benzoyl peroxide gel once or twice daily would have been my choice in case of inflammatory acne.

Nadoxin -A gel contains topical adapalene + nadifloxacin and can be continue for night time application. It is antibacterial, comedolytic as well as antiinflammatory.

Melrio would not have been my choice for acne spots since it can cause irritation as well as more acne.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation can be managed later on, once your acne activity subsides and a cream containing one or more of the skin lightening ingredients e,g kojic acid, hydroquinone, Azaleic acid are better choices rather than using melrio.

Use a gentle cleanser for face wash twice daily e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion

regards
