Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Face

Hello sir, I'm 26 year old, before 2 month I have many pimpals but now all pimpals are removed but now I have many holes in may face caused by pimples , please sir help me how can I get rid of those hole mark, give me some medicine and any other tips for my problem.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples can occur due to causes like Oily skin,Clogged pores,Hormonal Imbalances,Bacterial infection,Inflammation,Excess sun exposure etc.

On the other hand scars/holes are left when the pimples are deep and aggressive..
Scars are of different types like Boxcar scars, waterpik scars, rolling border type and the treatment is not completely done with topical medications and you might need certain chair side techniques depending upon type of scars like Microdermabrasion, microneedling,excision with elevation, dermal rollers, Fractional CO2 lazers etc depending upon the scar type..
You can start applying silicone gel over the scars..
