Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Back

Hi I have a pimple on my back. My back always has a few pimples on it but this one I have now has red lines coming from it. It kind of looks like the framework of a Spiderweb before the circular webs. Just wondering what it is , is it dangerous and treatment

Just to be clear, is there only one pimple showing these features or is there a chance that you may have missed any? Normally about 20% of people may develop one or more spider naevi. But it may also implicate other disorders. For that i would like to know if you have experienced any sudden loss of weight, intolerance to heat- to rule out thyroid disorder. also I would like to know that are you on any oral contraceptives or are you pregnant- as these may arise due to increased estrogen, it is also associated with liver cirrhosis. On the negative side, if you have experienced any of the above symptoms, I would suggest you to do some lab tests ( Thyroid profile, liver function tests) and kindly get back with them.
