Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Penis

hi doc,
am 30years old bachelor. am getting married in a couple of months. my problem is that i have small pimples on my penis. its been more than 10 years now. i never bothered abt it. there is no pain and no uncomfortableness. but as am getting married am a bit worried about this.
please advice how to get rid of this. any oinment or home remedy.

I can understand your problem let me tell you that this could be warts and may not be what you are thinking you have to get it confirm with the dermatologist if this is warts then this has to be removed surgically, medicine has got no role in this, hope this information helps you take care and good luck.
