I can understand your concern for acne vulgaris which is a relapsing condition.Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial skin disease...may be exacerbated by stress,anxiety,travelling,sun exposure,oily food,dandruff ..etc. you consult dermatologist for the perfect treatment.

I would suggest...

- cap minocycline 50 mg once a day
- tab isotretinoin 5 mg one at night
- apply adapalene gel at night and clindamycine gel in the morning on the lesions
- cleanse the face with camped face wash

Have patience, do not prick the lesions. You might get good result after few weeks to few months.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples and black scars on face which occur when there is hormonal changes, stress and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone, Tretinoin and steroid and apply it at night time. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid.
