hello doctor, i have pimples and ache problem on face as well as i have black marks on my back, when i consult with doctor she suggest Tretin-00.025% creame aquasoft mosisturing lotion, is this gud i can improve my ache at earliest, doctor suggest me and give me a solution how many days i have apply these creame and when I LL get cure completely. Thanks

As per your complain Tretin is a retinoid Isotretinoin and is suitable to reduce acne and its marks and time taken for resolving the symptoms depends from person to person..
Although you need to use the cream for atleast 4 to 6 months depending upon the rate of recovery and compatibility..
You should also use creams containing Benzoyl peroxide and arbutin over the pimples..
Apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin to reduce dark spots..
Use salicylic acid containing body wash as well as face wash..
Drink plenty of water..
Avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..You can also go for body scrubbing and regular peeling facials..
Microdermabrasion and photofacial can also help..
