I had a pimple on the center of my chin. In two days it has become very painful with clear and yellow drainage. The area around it is deep red and that is surrounded by more redness that is not as deep in color. My chin is swollen, painful to open my mouth, painful to touch.

I suggest you not to touch it as can get infected. I suggest you to take strong antibiotic ciprofloxacin for 5 to 7 days.
Additionally pain killer tablets would help in early resolution of the boil. If at all you feel increasing the size of then can you get it removed at the earliest by a family physician . Despite above measures if the problem is not getting better then it is better to consult a dermatologist for best guidance.
