Suggest Treatment For Pimple Marks

Just 1 month back had a pimple in between my eyebrow, normally i dnt have a pimple and my skin is normal. By mistake i itch it and it get infected and i got 2 more just below the previous one toward my nose. It was paining n swallon. I take an antibiotic call ALMOX 500mg and put SOPRAMAICIN cream on it. It was over within a week but leaving behind three small black round spot like chicken pox on my face. The marks is very slightly deeper as chicken pox does but it was not pox. Right now am using skin lightening cream but no improvement. Please help its look bad. its of 1 to 1.5 month old marks. I am 26 years old and fair in complextion.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimple marks caused by acne which occurs when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. Need not to worry. You should start with Accutane as it contains isoretinoin and is used to treat severe acne. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin from your face. If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin. You should go for chemical peeling and laser therapy. Drink plenty of water. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. Take diet rich in fruits , green leafy vegetables and salad.
