i am 16 years, 5 9, have asthma and weigh 130 pounds old and i have never had sex so im pretty sure its not a std .Today there waz pimpel on my vigina nd when i sqeezed it puss and little blood came out nd it hert before and after i squeezed it .i would like to know what is this and do i need to go the gyno

It is possible that the symptoms are due to folliculitis which is inflammation and infection of the hair follicles.

You can clean the area with a dilute anti septic such as dilute bethadine/ dilute hydrogen peroxide and apply a topical antibiotic.
Examples include neosporin, fucindin, polysporin, bactroban.

It should resolve on its own. If you have any issues with it, you should speak with your parent or guardian so they can take you to your doctor.
