Suggest Treatment For Pimple And Rashes On The Face

Two days before i popped a pimple on my right cheek which resulted in the oozing of blood. To stop the blood flow i used raw dettol on it and this led to the burning of that area. Please please advice me on how to remove the patch, because my face looks very bad for this.

thanks for posting the qwery. Dettol is a skin irritant and should be avoided on raw wounds. irritant contact dermatitis resulting in itching and burning might happen. Apply Mupirocin or nadifloxacin cream or gel to prevent infection. use a recommended face wash and take proper consultation for redressal of your concern regarding Acne.
