Hi.Can understand your concern..As per your query you need to take some dietary and lifestyle changes.Take more of fruits and vegetables in your diet.Wholesome fruits are better than juices as it contains fibres which will relieve constipation and gastritis.Avoid taking too much spicy and junk foods.Include wholesome wheat flour chapati than rice in meals.Avoid refined wheat flour(maida)products.Take glass of milk at night before going to bed... Certain lifestyle changes like exercising and avoiding very sedentary life style will be very beneficial.Avoid standing or sitting for too long if you are facing more problem.standing for too long hours may increase venous congestion in anus area.Sometimes obesity also aggravate the symptoms of piles.Do not ignore motion urge or delay as it may lead the stools to dry and difficult to pass.Do not give excess strain during motion as it may lead to bleed. If constipation for long you can take laxatives like cremaffin at bed time. For topical application use lignocaine base ointment .As far as treatment of piles is concerned it depends upon its grade. If not very severe it can be treated with injecting certain chemicals which will necrose the tissues and it will fall of itself.piles is treated with surgery if in its advanced stage. These days laser surgery is done commonly which is not painful...But most of time haemorrhoids or piles are treated of its own by simply dietary changes and making regular bowel habits by not being constipated as it is the root cause of haemorrhoids.Certain herbal medicines are available for piles like anaproct which can provide relief but still dietary changes need to be followed.....I hope the information helps you.Take care.
