Suggest Treatment For Piles
Hey ! I am 25 years old guy. From some recent time, When I stain for poop, some of the skin comes out of my butt and remains there for a while. It makes me frustrated. I remember even it used to happen before 3 years but the skin was going in within an hour. Today even after 12 hours, it still remains outside. What should I do ? Please Advice.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
It seems from your complaints that you are having fissure in ano. Main cause of it is constipation.
Take stool softening agents like Naturolax. It will overcome constipation and halt further aggregation of your symptoms.
Permanent cure is getting Cryosurgery done by an Endoscopic Surgeon.
