My daughter is 10 yrs. old. She has birth mark i.e. pigmentation on her right side starting from below her right cheek and neck which comes down till her shoulder.
How it can be removed? Whether surgery is the only way or some medicine can be used?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is birth mark then it is advisable to leave it like that only if this does not cause any cosmetic problem if this is so then you need to see the dermatologist different methods are available for this, that could remove this, hope this information helps, take care.
