Hi welcome to health care magic....

In young individual chronic balanoposthitis like benign condition can lead fibrosis and so phimosis can be there in which foreskin can't retracted fully ...

If it is mild than topical steroid application can be useful....

But here it seems to be moderate degree phimosis , so you might need cicumcision operation in which foreskin removed and tight frenulum released ...
It is minor operation after which there will be no difficulty in sex....

Take care

Advise : Consult general surgeon for your case ....

Dr.Parth
