Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting And Fatigue In A Toddler

My 3.5years old son continuesly vomiting since yesterday. ...we me t to our dr..he prescribed fenargan,donstal syp and emset inj......but not such improvement till now....I am worried about dehydration. ...pls help....he is feeling tired and completely in active.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms of vomiting then beside the dehydration underlying cause of vomiting is matter of concern, looking to the age of patient it could be intestinal obstruction, GI tract infection some time could be cerebral pathology all these needs to be ruled out and investigated, of course care need to be taken for dehydration too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
