I have gone thru your query regarding persistent pain in the sternum .
Dear It can be due to over exertion during gyming regime for 3 months . I am curious to know , as what all treatment you udertook as your doc says your problem is due to
costochondritis ? Persistent pain in the sternum , since 1 year , is a matter of concern . m
