Most often, nose bleeding happens as a result of broken nose capillaries and trigger is usually high blood pressure, antiviagulant medications or trauma. If nothing is present then you may have angidysplasie in nose and in this case you should see ENT doctor for further evaluation. Try to lean your head down everytime you have bleeding and press nose for 5 minutes with your finger. Also, avoid excessive nose blowing. I hope I have answered you query Kindly regards.
