Suggest Treatment For Persistent Migraine Headache

I have constant migraines. For three days I have been in th bed in darkness. Today I went to work and was in constant pain, Los long with the feeling of nausea. Now my left arm from my neck to my elbow feels weak....my eyes are red and h ad still hurts

I feel sorry for you

since its already 3 days I assume you have taken painkillers like aspirin or ibuprofen which proved to be ineffective
I would recommend you following
the combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine (Excedrin Migraine)if you are having moderate pain

you can also take sumatriptan (Imitrex) or sumatriptan and naproxen sodium (Treximet)for severe pain
migergot is also helpful

you will also need anti-nausea medicines metoclopramide (Reglan) or prochlorperazine (Compro)

I would recommend you to stay home preferably in a dark place for few days.

once you are alright you may need a prevention therapy, please let me know if you want to know more about this.
