Suggest Treatment For Persistent Lower Back Pain And Spinal Stenosis

I have constant lower back pain. Much worse when standing or sitting for periods of time. Doctor called it spinal stenosis. Was affecting legs at times, then would improve. Said not bad enough for surgery, which I do not want, but need to find some way to be able to keep it from constantly interfering with my life.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the spinal degenerative disease of disc then it can be managed on conservative way but later or sooner surgery is the best option for this, some time NSAID give good result as long as pain is concern hope this information helps.
