Suggest Treatment For Persistent High Fever In A Child

Dear doctor, my daughter 3.4 years old. She is having fever 101 and 102 last 3days. I took her to hospital and the doctor advised to give crocin . But the temperature is not down. Again we took her to the doctor. The doctor advised to take Meftol P and pecef 50 . At 6 pm we gave meftol p and at 9:30 we gave pecef 50. After that my daughter went to sleep. During her sleep suddenly she had very high fever and chill and shivering. Immediately I gave meftol P. Now the temperature is not down. I really worried. Please help me.
